Outplacement Support

CCP has funding from the European Social Fund (ESF) called Skills Support for Redundancy (SSR). This funding enables us to provide high quality outplacement support to those at risk of redundancy, or under notice and still employed, free of charge. The funding is very flexible and can be used to target individual circumstances and needs as a priority.
The overall aim of our funded support is to provide the necessary help so that staff do not face a break in their earnings, by moving seamlessly into employment with other employers in the area.


  • CV and interview workshops tailored to specific employers – CCP will prepare you for the competencies and behaviors the employer will score.
  • Through CCP’s extensive network of hundreds of employers we can effectively and quickly place people in to new roles, providing support through the application processes and selection tests.
  • Currently we have over 700 live vacancies with our employer partners
  • We work with employers to manage talent banks in line with their forward recruitment (supports phased redundancy plans and gardening leave)
  • CCP will organise specific recruitment events for staff if enough people are interested in roles with one employer
  • Coaching for employer specific selection tests
  • Provide the skills training individuals may have identified that they need or would like to brush up on. For example there are a number of well-paid roles available for individuals but they may have a skill or knowledge gap from their current role, CCP provides specific skills workshops or 1:1 training.
  • Accredited qualifications (if these are a pre-requisite for a successful job outcome) i.e. Maths, English or vocational certificates.

CCP’s funding is flexible enough to meet individual needs and therefore we can provide bespoke support packages as required.
